Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Рухоме майно передається в оренду з метою використання у навчально-виховному процесі. Рухоме майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. Відповідно до п.5.8. Методики про порядок розрахунку плати за оренду майна, що належить до комунальної власності Чернівецької міської територіальної громади, яка затверджена Рішенням міської ради VІІІ скликання від 30.11.2021 №584, розмір орендної плати коригується на коефіцієнт 1,1, а саме для суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які не зареєстровані у м.Чернівцях (крім визначеної у фіксованому розмірі у пункті 5.10. цієї Методики).
