Встановити умовами оренди майна для орендаря: - Орендар сплачує 50% розміру орендної плати на рахунок Орендодавця та 50% розміру орендної плати до місцевого бюджету. - Крім орендної плати Орендар самостійно сплачує за послуги з прибирання території, за комунальні послуги та вивіз сміття, відшкодування послуг балансоутримувача(в т.ч. витрат по сплаті земельного податку) та інші послуги передбачені проектом договору. - Орендар здійснює страхування об'єкта оренди на користь балансоутримувача. - Відшкодування витрат на користь балансоутримувача за проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 2 500 грн. - Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". - Суборенда не допускається.
