Цільове призначення – діяльність закладів охорони здоров’я, а саме послуги медичного центру по вивченню, діагностиці, експериментальних розробках та клінічних дослідженнях хвороб серця

Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Термін оренди - 5 років. 1. Орендар зобов`язаний забезпечити надання послуг медичного центру по вивченню, діагностиці, екпериментальних розробках та клінічних дослідженнях хвороб серця 2. Діяльність Орендаря має забезпечувати: - проведення досліджень кардіологічної спрямованості, у тому числі з питань діагностики патології серця, артеріальної гіпертензії, недостатності кровообігу, супутніх патологій у галузі гематології, ендокринних захворювань, хірургічних патологій, що мають своїм наслідком серцево-судинні захворювання; - проведення досліджень, що мають на меті виявлення патогенетичних механізмів розвитку ішемічної хвороби серця, артеріальної гіпертензії та інших найпоширеніших захворювань серцево-судинної системи; - надання медичних послуг із застосуванням самих сучасних методик для визначення специфічних кардіомаркерів; - організацію діагностичної роботи, спрямованої на забезпечення лабораторного моніторингу під час проведення оперативних втручань, а також для пацієнтів консультативно-діагностичних та … стаціонарних відділень; - проведення фундаментальних (клінічних та експериментальних) досліджень по вивченню та ремоделювання серцево-судинної системи при артеріальній гіпертензії; - проведення молекулярно-генетичних досліджень при різних серцево-судинних захворюваннях; - розробку та вдосконалення методів діагностики та лікування атеросклерозу, ішемічної хвороби серця, серцевої недостатності, артеріальної гіпертензії та гіпотензії, синкопальних станів, порушеного ритму серця; - розробку заходів та вдосконалення методів лабораторної діагностики для створення оптимальних методів боротьби (лікування та профілактики) з такими життєво небезпечними формами захворювань та їх ускладненнями, як стенокардія, інфаркт міокарда, кардіоміопатія, гіпертонічний криз, порушення ритму діяльності серця, серцева недостатність; - проведення та втілення наукових діагностичних розробок в практику. Медичний центр Орендаря має бути оснащено сучасною апаратурою та обладнанням для вирішення поставлених завдань на сучасному, високотехнологічному рівні в найкоротші терміни. Діяльність має здійснюватись цілодобово, у безперервному режимі.
