Зазначену роботу необхідно виконати до 15.10.2022 року ; створити абонентську службу для обслуговування фізичних осіб, яким надаються послуги теплопостачання переможець зобов’язаний підтримувати температурний режим в усіх приміщеннях переможець не має права розірвати Договір оренди перед або під час опалювального сезону; після підписання Договору на теплопостачання з переможцем, у разі недодержання температурного режиму або невигідного тарифу на теплопостачання, Орендодавець має право розірвати Договір оренди, письмово попередивши про це Орендаря за 30 календарних днів.
