Компенсація вартості теплової енергії в гарячій воді на опалення (незалежно від температури внутрішнього повітря в орендованому приміщенні); води з комунального водопроводу та водовідведення; електричної енергії; повірки, придбання, установки і ремонту приладів обліку; інші прямі витрати – пред'являтимуться орендарям по факту та з урахуванням індивідуальних приладів обліку спожитих орендарями ресурсів.
