Протягом п’яти робочих днів з дати укладення цього договору Балансоутримувач зобов’язаний надати Орендарю для підписання: два примірники договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування) та про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на комунальні послуги (у разі відсутності технічної можливості укладення Орендарем договорів з постачальниками відповідних комунальних послуги). Орендар зобов’язаний протягом десяти робочих днів з моменту отримання примірників договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування) та про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на комунальні послуги (у разі відсутності технічної можливості укладення Орендарем договорів з постачальниками відповідних комунальних послуги): підписати і повернути Балансоутримувачу примірники відповідних договорів; або подати Балансоутримувачу обґрунтовані зауваження до сум витрат, які підлягають відшкодуванню Орендарем за відповідними договорами. Орендар зобов’язаний протягом десяти робочих днів з моменту отримання від Балансоутримувача відповіді на свої зауваження, яка містить документальні підтвердження витрат, які підлягають відшкодуванню Орендарем, підписати і повернути Балансоутримувачу примірники відповідних договорів. У разі не підписання Орендарем у вказаний строк договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування) та про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на комунальні послуги (у разі відсутності технічної можливості укладення Орендарем договорів з постачальниками відповідних комунальних послуги), такі договори вважаються укладеними з дати підписання акта приймання-передачі Майна до цього Договору Орендарем.
