!!!ВАЖЛИВО!!! 1) Термін дії Договору оренди буде розрахований на строк дії воєнного стану та 12 місяців після його припинення чи скасування. 2) Орендар, який є переможцем електронного аукціону згідно вимог чинного законодавства України зобов’язаний до моменту укладання Договору оренди сплатити: Авансовий внесок –1 місячна орендна плата, відповідно, що договір оренди, є договором типу 5.1(А). Забезпечувальний депозит - 1 (одна) місячна орендна плата, але в будь-якому разі у розмірі не меншому, ніж розмір мінімальної заробітної плати станом на перше число місяця, в якому укладається цей договір. 3) Орендар зобов’язаний постійно страхувати орендоване нерухоме майна, згідно страхової вартості.
