Переможець електронного аукціону, який відмовився від підписання протоколу про результати електронного аукціону або договору оренди, позбавляється права на участь у подальших аукціонах з оренди того самого об’єкта, а також сплачені гарантійний та реєстраційний внески не повертаються такому переможцю та перераховуються оператором електронного майданчика, через якого надано найвищу цінову пропозицію, на казначейський рахунок, зазначений орендодавцем в оголошенні.
