Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 3. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. 4. Розміщення суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які здійснюють іншу виробничу діяльність.

Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати балансоутримувачу сплату земельного податку за користування земельною ділянкою, на якій розташована будівля, до складу якої входить об’єкт оренди протягом 1 місяця після виставлення рахунку балансоутримувачем.
