Гараж на два бокси є частиною 1 поверхової окремої цегляної будівлі. Через значний знос, у фундаменті та стінах наявні тріщини та відколи. Штукатурка на стінах, карнизах і перемичках відшаровується та злущується. Сліди вогкості та затікань, стіни поражені грибком і цвіллю.Зовнішня стіна розколота та потребує ремонту. Покрівля з шиферу (деякі листи пошкоджені), підшивка стелі з ДСП місцями змінила колір в результаті замокання. Підлога бетонна із значними слідами стирання і тріщинами.
