Переможець електронного аукціону до укладання договору оренди або в день підписання такого договору зобов’язаний сплатити на рахунок балансоутримувача авансовий внесок у розмірі 2 (дві) місячні орендні плати, визначеної за результатами аукціону та забезпечувальний депозит у розмірі 2 (дві) місячні орендні плати, визначеної за результатами аукціону (але в будь-якому разі у розмірі не меншому, ніж розмір мінімальної заробітної плати станом на перше число місяця, в якому укладається договір оренди). Протягом 10 робочих днів з дня укладення договору оренди нерухомого майна, що належить до комунальної власності територіальної громади міста Києва, відносно об’єкта оренди, орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати Балансоутримувачу витрати, пов’язані з проведенням незалежної оцінки Майна, в сумі 3 800,00 грн (три тисячі вісімсот грн 00 коп.) без ПДВ. Балансоутримувач має право зарахувати частину орендної плати, що підлягає сплаті на користь Балансоутримувача, в рахунок його витрат, пов’язаних із проведенням незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди.
