Intended use:
Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій визначених додатком 3 до Порядку згідно п.54 Порядку: 1.1. Нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 1.2. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. 1.3. Стоянки автомобілів. Розміщення транспортних підприємств з перевезення пасажирів і вантажів. Станції технічного обслуговування автомобілів.
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій цільового призначення для нерухомого майна 11, 15, 16 визначених додатком 3 до Порядку. 2. Орендар не пізніше 1 місяця після укладення договору оренди зобов’язаний укласти з балансоутримувачем договір про участь орендаря в управлінні багатоквартирним будинком.
