На підставі статті 8 Закону України “Про оренду державного і комунального майна” орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону зобов’язаний відшкодувати балансоутримувачу вартість проведення оцінки об’єкта у розмірі 38 278,00 грн Орендар повинен мати статус дитячо-юнацької спортивної школи. Для підтвердження статусу дитячо-юнацької спортивної школи в складі пропозиції обов’язковим є надання документа, що підтверджує наявність ліцензії на право провадження освітньої діяльності у сфері позашкільної освіти. Допускається розміщення на території нежитлової будівлі приміщення для відпочинку та харчування відвідувачів закладу фізичної культури і спорту (кафе, їдальня, тощо).
