Настанова з підтриманням експлуатаційної придатності» обладнати об’єкт оренди системою автоматичного пожежогасіння, - на підставі вимог таблиці Д.3.1 Додатка 3 НАПБ В.01.039-2012/510 «Правила пожежної безпеки в метрополітенах» оснастити об’єкт оренди первинними засобами пожежогасіння, - орендар зобов’язаний при загрозі чи виникненні надзвичайних ситуацій на об’єктах метрополітену (станціях), на вимогу Балансоутримувача призупинити свою діяльність на об’єкті оренди та в разі необхідності, тимчасово видаляє своє майно за межі станції, - у … разі технічної необхідності, в дні масових перевезень Балансоутримувач або орган, уповноважений управляти майном Балансоутримувача, має право тимчасово закривати, встановлювати обмеження часу роботи об’єкта оренди, - орендарю забороняється користуватися санітарними та іншими приміщеннями Балансоутримувача.
