- орендар зобов’язаний кожні п’ять років поновлювати незалежну оцінку об’єкта оренди і при цьому розмір орендної плати переглядається після кожної такої незалежної оцінки. Орендна плата, яка визначена за результатами цієї оцінки, сплачується з наступного місяця після закінчення п’ятирічного терміну з дати укладання договору оренди.
