Цільове призначення об’єкта оренди: об’єкт може бути використаний з метою здійснення діяльності по збору та вивезенню твердих побутових відходів на території Галицької міської територіальної громади. 2. Витрати, необхідні для підтримання орендованого майна в робочому стані здійснюються за рахунок орендаря, в тому числі витрати, пов’язані із обов’язковим/добровільним страхуванням цивільної відповідальності власників наземного транспорту, проведенням обов’язкового технічного контролю транспортних засобів або державного технічного огляду технологічних транспортних засобів, тощо. Під час експлуатації Об’єкта оренди, Орендар за власні кошти забезпечує технічне обслуговування (згідно технічного регламенту з технічного обслуговування і ремонту колісних транспортних засобів та передбачених експлуатаційною документацією заміну масел, спеціальних рідин, фільтрів, тощо) і ремонт колісних транспортних засобів, їх складових частин систем (в частині проведення поточного ремонту) Також у період … використання об’єкта оренди Орендар за власні кошти встановлює шини відповідно до сезону, здійснює заміну шин по факту їх зносу, забезпечує їх ремонт, здійснює заміну акумуляторів, здійснює заміну швидкозношуваних складників і т.і. з повідомленням про це Орендодавця.
