Контроль за дотриманням умов щодо обмеження цільового використання Об’єкта оренди покладається на Балансоутримувача шляхом проведення перевірки з періодичністю що не перевищує 10 робочих днів, складання за її наслідками Акта перевірки та повідомлення орендодавця про результати перевірки. Порушення з боку Орендаря цільового використання має за наслідки одностороннє припинення договору оренди за ініціативою Орендодавця з дати складання Акту перевірки в якому зафіксовані порушення цільового використання Об'єкта оренди.
