Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Проводити інженерно-вишукувальні, археологічні та інші наукові дослідження за відповідним дозволом центрального органу охорони культурної спадщини. Виготовити облікову документацію: паспорт пам’ятки, акт технічного стану пам’ятки, генеральний план земельної ділянки, що є територією пам’ятки за відповідним дозволом центрального органу охорони культурної спадщини. Проводити консерваційні роботи за відповідним дозволом центрального органу охорони культурної спадщини. Для проведення комплексу ремонтно-реставраційних робіт на будівлі-пам’ятці розробляти науково-проектну документацію, погоджену у встановленому чинним законодавством порядку. Проводити комплекс ремонтно-реставраційних робіт на будівлі-пам’ятці на підставі розробленої та погодженої у встановленому чинним законодавством порядку науково-проектної документації та за дозволом центрального органу охорони культурної спадщини на проведення робіт на пам’ятці. Поточний ремонт приміщень та інженерних мереж пам’ятки здійснювати за дозволом … центрального органу охорони культурної спадщини для запобігання негативного впливу робіт на технічний стан будівлі-пам’ятки.
