Відповідно до п. 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого Постановою Кабінету міністрів України № 483 від 3 червня 2020 р., не можуть бути використані за будь-яким цільовим призначенням такі об’єкти оренди: майно закладів освіти. Такі об’єкти оренди можуть використовуватися лише для розміщення відповідних закладів або лише із збереженням профілю діяльності за конкретним цільовим призначенням, встановленим рішенням відповідного представницького органу місцевого самоврядування, крім випадків, що передбачають використання частини такого майна з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо такими закладами, пов’язаних із забезпеченням чи обслуговуванням діяльності таких закладів, їх працівників та відвідувачів. Зазначені об’єкти можуть також використовуватися для проведення науково-практичних, культурних, мистецьких, громадських, суспільних та політичних заходів. Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Протягом місяця після укладення Договору Орендар зобов’язаний застрахувати орендоване Майно не менше, ніж на його вартість за висновком про вартість/актом оцінки на користь Орендодавця, який несе ризик випадкової загибелі чи пошкодження об'єкта оренди, у порядку, визначеному законодавством, і надати орендодавцю копії страхового полісу і платіжного доручення. Постійно поновлювати договір страхування таким чином, щоб увесь строк оренди Майно було застрахованим. 2.2. Орендар зобов’язаний здійснювати витрати, пов'язані з утриманням орендованого Майна. Протягом 15 робочих днів після підписання Договору укласти з Балансоутримувачем орендованого Майна договір про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна та надання комунальних послуг Орендарю.
