Продавець зобов’язується за цим Договором передати у власність Покупця товар, а саме металобрухт (брухт металів чорних вторинних згідно з ДСТУ 4121-2022, який утворився в результаті списання непридатних для прямого використання машин, агрегатів, устаткування та інших металоконструкцій, або який утворився як відходи в процесі особистого виробництва (крім відходів, які містять дорогоцінні метали), та не використовується в діяльності ТОВ «ЄВРО-РЕКОНСТРУКЦІЯ» (надалі по тексту Договору – Товар), а Покупець зобов’язується належним чином прийняти та оплатити цей Товар.
