Після проведення аукціону претензії по якості майна не приймаються. Реалізація брухту на умовах FCA , відповідно до офіційних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів «INCOTERMS» у редакції 2010 року (м. Запоріжжя). Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок та автомобільним транспортом Покупця. Навантаження , зважування Товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника, засміченість при продажі не враховується (засміченість 0%). Приймання Товару по кількості (за вагою брутто) проводиться представниками Покупця і Постачальника на складі Постачальника шляхом зважування на технічних засобах Постачальника.
