На умовах цього Договору та за результатами проведеного електронного аукціону, Протокол № BSE001-UA-20260610-36107 від 30.06.2026, Постачальник зобов'язується поставити та передати у власність Покупця у погоджені Сторонами строки вторинну металеву відновлену сировину – ДК 021:2015 код 14910000-3 Вторинна металева відновлена сировина (Брухт чорних металів (ДСТУ 4121:2022)) (далі – Майно), а Покупець зобов'язується прийняти та оплатити таке Майно, зазначене в Специфікації, що додається до цього Договору і є його невід'ємною частиною (Додаток № 1)
