Під час подання цінової пропозиції Покупець/Учасник повинен завантажити через електронну систему в електронному (сканованому) вигляді в складі своєї пропозиції наступні документи: 1. Цінову пропозицію (форма додається). 2. Витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб та фізичних осіб-підприємців.
