Продаж металобрухту здійснюється лише спеціалізованому або спеціалізованому металургійному переробному підприємству (ЗУ "Про металобрухт" Розділ II ЗУ "Про управління відходами"). Звертаємо увагу: • що відповідно до статті 4 Закону України «Про металобрухт» збирання, заготівля, переробка, реалізація промислового металобрухту фізичними особами (у т.ч. фізичними особами - підприємцями) забороняється; • з метою виконання вимог статті 4 Закону України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо детінізації ринку металургійної сировини та операцій з металобрухтом» Мінстратегпром веде Перелік суб єктів господарювання, що здійснюють заготівлю та/або операції з металобрухтом, який розміщено на офіційному вебсайті Міністерства з питань стратегічних галузей промисловості України. Вага металобрухту вказана з урахуванням засміченості (брутто). Вантажні роботи та перевезення Покупець виконує власними силами за власний рахунок.
