Продаж відбувається на підставі Рішення Правління Національного банку України про відчуження від 26.06.2024 року № 229-рш та відповідно до регламенту роботи електронної торгової системи ProZorro.Продажі ЦБД2 щодо проведення електронних аукціонів з продажу/надання в оренду майна (активів)/передачі права, затвердженого наказом ДП «Прозорро.Продажі» … від 09.07.2018 №8 (зі змінами). Сума ПДВ у розмірі 20%, розраховується після визначення остаточної вартості продажу об'єкта за результатами торгів від суми різниці між остаточною ціною продажу та його балансовою вартістю 3 443 860,00 грн.
