Нежитлова будівля загальною площею 177,6 кв. м, що розташована за адресою: Житомирська обл., Коростенський р-н, селище Лугини, вул. Героїв Небесної Сотні, 5-а (колишня адреса - Житомирська обл., Лугинський р-н, смт Лугини, вул. Героїв Небесної Сотні, 5-а). Будівля належить двом власникам: 1) АТ "Укрпошта" з часткою 1/4 і площею 44,9 кв. м; та 2) АТ "Райффайзен Банк" з часткою 3/4 і площею 132,7 кв. м. Підписання договорів купівлі-продажу між Переможцем та Власниками часток нерухомого майна АТ "Укрпошта" і … АТ "Райффайзен Банк" здійснюється незалежно двома окремими договорами, згідно з внутрішніми процедурами Власників часток нерухомого майна. Ціна реалізації лоту розподіляється розподіляється наступним чином: 1) Фіксована частина, що отримує Власник частки нерухомого майна: - АТ "Укрпошта" - 189 500,00 грн з ПДВ (складова початкової ціни продажу лоту); - АТ "Райффайзен Банк" - 324 000,00 грн з ПДВ (складова початкової ціни продажу лоту). 2) Різниця між ціною реалізації та стартовою ціною лоту розподіляється пропорційно до часток Власників нерухомого майна: - АТ "Укрпошта" - 1/4 частки; - АТ "Райффайзен Банк" - 3/4 частки.
