Всі прилади мають дату випуску в період з 1984 по 2004 роки. У зв’язку з реорганізацією підприємства і скороченням відділу, який використовував ці прилади в своїй діяльності, з 2005 року це обладнання було передано на склад для подальшого зберігання. З того часу і до дотепер прилади не використовувались. За останні двадцять років не проводилась метрологічна повірка жодного з цих приладів Технічна документація (паспорти, формуляри, інструкції з експлуатації тощо) на всі прилади відсутня. Ззовні корпуси всіх приладів не мають видимих грубих механічних пошкоджень у вигляді вм'ятин від ударів, розрізів корпусів тощо, на деяких приладах відсутні кабелі підключення приладів до мережі 220 В, в деяких приладах відсутні або пошкоджені ручки /поручні для перенесення приладів.
