Reason for canceling the auction

Cause:

Необхідність у відміні процедури виникла у звʼязку з неможливістю виконання переможцем аукціону своїх зобов’язань (Лист ТОВ «Бігмет» від 10.03.2022 року) та відповідно Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року №64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», що в свою чергу є надзвичайними, невідворотними та обʼєктивними обставинами.
