Description of the contract:
Продавець зобов’язаний передати у власність Покупцю, а Покупець зобов’язаний прийняти транспортний засіб (легковий автомобіль MAZDA 6, реєстраційний номер АА3312КІ) (далі – Майно) і сплатити за нього ціну продажу Майна та виконати визначені в Договорі умови.
2.1. Ціна продажу Майна становить 69 206,00 грн (шістдесят дев’ять тисяч двісті шість гривень, 00 копійок), без ПДВ (далі - ціна продажу Майна), згідно з підписаним та опублікованим в електронній торговій системі протоколом про результати електронного аукціону 19 серпня 2025 №ALE001-UA-20250716-69805.
2.2. З урахуванням положень пункту 3 цього Договору Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити Ціну Продажу Майна, протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати опублікування договору купівлі-продажу в електронній торговій системі.
