Технічний стан будівлі - незадовільний, внаслідок авіаціїного бомбордування у березні 2022 року міста Чернігова будівля знаходиться у не придатному для експлуатації стані. У будівлі відсутній дах та дерев’яні перекриття, на стінах та дерев’яних елементах видно сліди пожежі. Віконні металопластикові рами ушкодженні, склопакети відсутні. Вхідні та міжкімнатні двері відсутні. Один із кутів будівлі зрунований. По стінах пішли тріщини. Частина стіни з тильної сторони будівлі частково зруйнована. Зруйнована стеля, підлога, покрівля. Комунікаційні мережі зруйновані і потребують відновлення.
