Продаж здійснюється відповідно до вимог Порядку відчуження об'єктів державної власності затвердженого постановою КМУ від 06.06.2007 р. № 803 (у редакції постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.10.2019 р. № 884) (далі - Порядок). Працівники Національного банку України не можуть брати участь в електронному аукціоні (п. 32 Порядку). Покупець за власні кошти, проводить навантаження та вивіз майна.
