- група нежитлових приміщень № 6 в Будівлі літ. "У-2", площею 8544,5 кв.м.; запис про державну реєстрацію права власності № 41222037 від 24.03.2021, реєстраційний номер об’єкта нерухомого майна в державному реєстрі речових прав на нерухоме майно: № 2323779263101 (надалі – "Група приміщень № 6");
- група нежитлових приміщень № 7 в Будівлі літ. "У-2", площею 8771,5 кв.м.; запис про державну реєстрацію права власності № 41222438 від 24.03.2021, реєстраційний номер об’єкта нерухомого майна в державному реєстрі речових прав на нерухоме майно: № 2323798463101 (надалі – "Група приміщень № 7").
План, розмір площі, матеріал стін, кількість приміщень, призначення нежитлового приміщення, кількість поверхів будівлі, споруди, поверх, на якому розташоване приміщення, інформація про допоміжні, підсобні приміщення та споруди щодо кожної з зазначених груп нежитлових приміщень зазначена в технічних паспортах, скан-копії яких додаються до цього оголошення в розділі «Документи», а також описана у файлі «Характеристика приміщень будівлі літ.У-2», який також додається в розділі «Документи».
Стан – потребує ремонту.
Право власності на Будівлю літ. «У-2» належить ТОВ «Таміра» на підставі рішення Господарського суду Харківської області від 07.11.2011 у справі №5023/7506/11.
24.03.2021 ТОВ "Таміра" було проведено реєстрацію поділу Будівлі літ. "У-2" у порядку ст. 14 Закону України "Про державну реєстрацію речових прав на нерухоме майно та їх обтяжень".
За результатами поділу було утворено 7 об’єктів нерухомого майна, які підлягають продажу на цьому аукціоні одним лотом.
Відомості про земельну ділянку, на якій розташовані нежитлові приміщення (її правовий режим та розмір, кадастровий номер) описані у файлі «Характеристика приміщень будівлі літ.У-2», який додається до цього оголошення в розділі «Документи».
Інші відомості про проведення аукціону та інша інформація про майно (лот), зокрема, про обтяження та обмеження, права третіх осіб, про орендарів, наявність дефектів, описана у файлі "Інформація про аукціон (лот)", який долучається до цього оголошення в розділі "Документи".
