Продаж частки компанії “ПОРА ТРЕЙДІНГ ЛІМІТЕД” (PORA TRADING LIMITED) у розмірі 85,19% у статутному капіталі ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ “МЕГАПОЛІСЖИТЛОБУД” здійснюється Національним банком України від імені компанії “ПОРА ТРЕЙДІНГ ЛІМІТЕД” (PORA TRADING LIMITED) у рахунок часткового погашення заборгованості. Зобов’язання по податках, які можуть виникнути по операції з продажу корпоративних прав відповідно до податкового законодавства України, сплачуються покупцем.
