Продовження договору оренди майна комунальної власності - вул. Московська 8, м. Білгород-Дністровський

Аукціон з підвищення стартової ціни за результатами якого чинний договір оренди може бути продовжений з існуючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Розмір гарантійного внеску встановлюється: - для чинного орендаря: на рівні – 148,69 грн. (сто сорок вісім грн. 69 коп.); - для іншого учасника: на рівні – 2 189,16 грн. (дві тисячі сто вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 16 коп.). Чинний орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди.
