Довгострокова оренда приміщення під розміщення закладу громадського харчування (Їдальні та буфету)
Орендодавець надає в оренду приміщення для забезпечення приготування та/або своєчасної доставки якісного гарячого харчування для продажу працівникам будівлі. Забороняється суборенда на орендоване майно третім особам без погодження із Орендодавцем. Приміщення не може використовуватись всупереч цільовому призначенню (проведення заходів для третіх осіб та ін.).
