Орендна плата визначена на підставі Методики розрахунку орендної плати за майно територіальної громади міста Києва, яке передається в оренду, затверджена рішенням Київської міської ради від 08.02.2018 № 21/4085, і складає, за базовий місць оренди станом на 31 березня 2021 року, 3 763,80 гривень, з ПДВ. Орендна плата за кожний наступний місяць визначається шляхом коригування орендної плати за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за поточний місяць.
Нежитлові приміщення передані в орендне користування для розміщення громадської організації на площі, що не використовується для провадження підприємницької діяльності (у сфері культури і мистецтв).
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність.
