Об'єкт розташовується на земельній ділянці площею 0,0291 га по вул. Жилянській, 26 у Голосіївському районі м. Києва, яка згідно з даними міського земельного кадастру обліковується за комунальним підприємством «Київжитлоспецексплуатація».
Вказана земельна ділянка сформована та зареєстрована в Державному земельному кадастрі з кадастровим номером 8000000000:79:011:0011.
Рішення про передачу вказаної земельної ділянки у власність або користування будь-яких осіб Київська міська рада за поданням Департаменту не приймала.
