Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна, в розмірі 12 000,00 грн. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі. Вимоги до учасників: відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед АТ «ДАК «Автомобільні дороги Україхни», його дочірніми підприємствами та орендодавцем.
