Встановити умови розірвання договору оренди землі в односторонньому порядку:Умовою розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку за ініціативою орендодавця є звернення до Драбівської селищної ради громадян -учасників бойових дій, які постійно проживають та зареєстровані на території Драбівської селищної територіальної громади з клопотанням про виділення їм у власність земельної ділянки для ведення особистого селянського господарства за рахунок земельної ділянки яка перебуває в оренді згідно даного договору. Орендодавець повинен надіслати орендарю лист - повідомлення про настання умови розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку в термін не пізніше як за один місяць до розірвання договору оренди. Розірвання договору оренди в односторонньому порядку здійснюється на підставі рішення Драбівської селищної ради. У разі коли розірвання договору оренди землі в односторонньому порядку за ініціативою орендодавця відбувається до збирання врожаю, посіяного орендарем на земельній ділянці, орендар має право на збирання такого врожаю, але не пізніше до 31 грудня року в якому здійснюється розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку, з компенсацією ним орендодавцю збитків, спричинених тимчасовим зайняттям земельної ділянки, у розмірі орендної плати за період з дня розірвання договору оренди до дня закінчення збирання врожаю. У разі розірвання договору оренди землі за ініціативою орендодавця земельної ділянки, право оренди якої набуто за результатами земельних торгів, орендодавець не відшкодовує орендарю витрати на його набуття і збитки, які понесе орендар внаслідок розірвання договору оренди.
