Розмір орендної плати переглядається не менше одного разу на рік у випадках, визначених законодавством. Строк користування земельною ділянкою при укладенні договору оренди з переможцем земельних торгів – 7 років без права поновлення. Переможець земельних торгів у місячний термін з дати укладення договору оренди землі повинен замовити агрохімічний паспорт земельної ділянки. Орендована земельна ділянка або її частина може за згодою орендодавця передаватися орендарем у володіння та користування іншій особі (суборенда). Перегляд орендної плати у сторону зменшення не допускається до закінчення строку оренди. Зміна цільового призначення земельної ділянки допускається в порядку, визначеному законодавством. Плата за підготовку лоту у сумі 12000.0 грн на рахунок ГУК у Черк.обл./тг м. Сміла, у сумі - 4300,0 грн на рахунок ПП "Черкаська агробіржа".
