Перелік та вимоги до оформлення документів Перелік документів для реєстрації учасника торгів фізичної особи: 1. Заява про участь в торгах у формі електронного аукціону. 2. Копія паспорта, копія ІІН фізичної особи. 3. Довідка про реквізити банку для поповнення карткового рахунку клієнта фізичної особи. 4. Представник фізичної особи також розміщує документи, що підтверджують його право діяти від імені учасника торгів. 4.1. Копія паспорта, копія ІІН особи, яка діє за довіреністю. Перелік документів для реєстрації учасника торгів юридичної особи: 1. Заява про участь в торгах у формі електронного аукціону. 2. Витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб – підприємців та громадських формувань. 3. Копія наказу про призначення керівника. 4. Копія паспорта, копія ІІН керівника. 5. Представник юридичної особи також розміщує документи, що підтверджують його право діяти від імені учасника торгів. 5.1. Копія паспорта, копія ІІН особи, яка діє за довіреністю. 6. Довідка про реквізити юридичної особи. Копії документів засвідчуються електронним підписом особи, яка бажає взяти участь у торгах. Порядок сплати внесків: Реєстраційний та гарантійний внески для участі в земельних торгах вважаються сплаченими з моменту їх зарахування на банківський рахунок оператора електронного майданчика не пізніше ніж за одну годину до закінчення кінцевого строку прийняття заяв про участь у земельних торгах. Визначення розміру та порядок сплати винагороди, що сплачується переможцем земельних торгів оператору електронного майданчика: Оператор, через якого переможець земельних торгів набув право на участь в земельних торгах, протягом п’яти робочих днів з дня оприлюднення підписаного протоколу про результати земельних торгів, вираховує із суми гарантійного внеску, внесеного переможцем земельних торгів, винагороду оператора електронного майданчика, що становить 5 відсотків річної орендної плати, але не може перевищувати суму гарантійного внеску.
