Пирогова, б.46, м. Вінниця та перебуває на праві оперативного управління у КНП "Вінницька обласна клінічна лікарня ім. М. І. Пирогова", або укладений з новим орендарем, для … розміщення аптеки. - електропостачання - на об'єкті оренди відсутє електропостачання, так як об'єкт відключений від мережі лікарні, для підключення об'єкта оренди до електропостачання необхідно отримати ТУ, замовити проєкт та прокласти кабель довжиною 125 м, особовий рахунок на електропостачання відкритий на НМЦ ТОВ "КОЛФІ". - НМЦ ТОВ "КОЛФІ", як чинний орендар, має переважне право на продовження договору оренди данного нерухомого майна.
