Запрошуємо всіх бажаючих взяти участь в аукціоні на право оренди комунального майна – частини труби з прилеглою технічною площадкою котельні площею 20,0 кв.м, розташовані за адресою: м.Івано-Франківськ, вул. Набережна, 8А. Зазначений об’єкт перебуває в оренді на строк до 30.04.2022 р. За результатами проведення аукціону чинний договір оренди може бути продовжений з діючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Об’єкт може бути використаний для розміщення обладнання оператора телекомунікацій, що надає … послуги з рухомого (мобільного) зв’язку, без права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк, на який буде укладено новий договір – до 31.03.2025 р. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди за результатами аукціону. Детальна інформація про об’єкт оренди та умови оренди містяться у додатках до цього оголошення, а також у каталозі об’єктів оренди в електронній торговій системі.
