Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій цільового призначення для нерухомого майна 11, 15 визначених додатком 3 до Порядку.
2. Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати балансоутримувачу вартість проведення незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди протягом 1 місяця після виставлення рахунку балансоутримувачем.
3. Орендар не пізніше 3 місяців після укладення договору оренди повинен оформити правовстановлюючі документи на користування земельною ділянкою.
