Балансоутримувач - Державне підприємство "УКРРИБА". Строк оренди - 5 років. Цільове призначення майна - майно може бути використане за будь - яким цільовим призначенням на … розсуд Орендаря. Додаткова умова оренди: договір оренди державного майна, укладений за результатами аукціону, припиняється у разі переходу права власності на об’єкт оренди (єдиний майновий комплекс, до складу якого входить об’єкт оренди) до переможця аукціону, проведеного відповідно до вимог Закону України “Про приватизацію державного та комунального майна”.
