Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Орендар самостійно сплачує за комунальні послуги, вивіз сміття та інші послуги передбачені проектом договору оренди. 2. Орендар за власні кошти виготовляє в комунальному підприємстві “Земельно-кадастрове бюро” довідку про грошову оцінку земельної ділянки, довідку-розрахунок місячного розміру плати за землю та самостійно сплачує плату за землю. 3. Орендар самостійно здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь орендодавця. 4. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 5. Суборенда комунального майна Тернопільської міської територіальної громади не дозволяється.
