"8-1-814"), що не має окремого входу, розташоване на восьмому поверсі десятиповерхової адміністративної будівлі з підвалом. Можливе використання об'єкта за будь-яким цільовим призначенням. Початкова ціна лоту вказана без ПДВ. При укладанні договору оренди на кінцеву ціну лоту буде нараховуватися ПДВ в розмірі 20%.
