Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Використання орендованого майна за цільовим призначенням- надання послуг з організації гарячого харчування учнів. 2. Строк оренди – Строк дії договорів оренди становить 5 років.. 3. Майно не може бути передане в суборенду. 4. Відшкодування витрат баансоутримувачу на утримання орендовагого майна та відшкодування наданих комунальних послуг з умовою недопущення утворенння заборгованості по наданих послуг. 5. Утримання в належному технічному стані конструкційних елементів об’єкта оренди, забезпечення безпечнх умов праці. 6. Орендар має право здійснювати невід’ємні поліпшення після отримання згоди Сарненської міської ради або визначеним ним органом в порядку, встановлену відповідним органом місцевого самоврядування. 7. Об’єкт не можу бути використаний за будь яким цільовим призначенням (п.29 Порядку передачі воренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Мністрів України від 03.06.2020 р №483)
