Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам, встановленим статтею 4 Закону України “Про оренду державного та комунального майна”. 2. Суборенда об’єкта оренди заборонена. 3. Орендар має право за письмовою згодою власника майна за рахунок власних коштів здійснювати в разі необхідності поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна відповідно до положень, передбачених Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 р. № 483. 4.Згідно пункту 53 Порядку встановлено більш тривалий строк оренди – 20 років. 5. Орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен здійснювати відшкодування комунальних послуг на підставі договору та земельного податку, виставленого Балансоутримувачем. 6. Договір оренди підлягає нотаріальному посвідченню. Усі витрати, пов’язані з нотаріальним посвідченням договору оренди покладаються на орендаря. 7. Орендар зобов’язується відшкодовувати витрати, пов’язані з проведенням оцінки об’єкта оренди. 8. Орендар зобов’язується утримувати в належному стані прилеглу до Об’єкта оренди територію, підтримувати її зовнішній вигляд та благоустрій прилеглої території, забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про благоустрій населених пунктів».
