(Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.11.2014 №628 «Про затвердження переліку ядерних установок, ядерних матеріалів, радіоактивних відходів, інших джерел іонізуючого випромінювання державної власності, важливих державних об’єктів, що підлягають охороні Національною гвардією»). 2. Орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити отримання співробітниками, які матимуть доступ до Об’єкта оренди, допусків до виконання особливих робіт. (Наказ Міністерства охорони здоров’я №54 від 02.05.2005 «Про затвердження державних санітарних правил «Основні санітарні правила забезпечення радіаційної безпеки України»). .
